Shipping policy

**Processing Time**
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We'll notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

**Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates**
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

**Order Tracking**
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

**Shipping Destinations**
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability may vary — please check at checkout.

**Lost or Damaged Packages**
FOÜ is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we'll work to make it right.
